Title Screen Revamp

So I revamped the tittle screen. why? i didn't like it and probably have the same opinion to youu guys playing this game.

what i added:

• VHS static effect
• Background Switching (has a image of static for a split second when switching.
• changed logo font and design along with the ui of the tittle screen and and settings panel (gonna add stuff to the settings panel soon)
• a sneak-peek at the office
